An assembly of 2.5 acres immediately west of downtown Austin. 1.5 acre is being vertically developed - and existing bungalows on remaining 1 acre tract were improved and re-tenanted. Vertical development consists of a 200,000 SF mass timber building with 50,000 SF of retail, a 57-key hotel, and 10 single-family homes on the top two floors.

  • For existing bungalows: Planned and orchestrated capex upgrades necessary for shell deliveries to tenants and district-wide improvements to landscape, signage & wayfinding, and lighting

  • For vertical development: Developed early concept and programming materials for overall vision of mixed-use district and RFPs to architects; negotiated and managed design, branding and operational consultants; planned operational budgets; developed assets for general marketing, retail leasing and home sales.
